His career is built on a diverse academic foundation, holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy from Egean University in Izmir, Turkey, and advanced studies in Musicology at both Egean University and the University of Sorbonne in Paris, France. This unique blend of analytical and creative disciplines informs his leadership style, strategic vision, and ability to innovate in a competitive industry.

With extensive knowledge in most aspects of the industry, both hands-on and in the office, Graham is committed to driving the growth of Ultra-Tech’s reputation and market share through the continuous improvement of property management and services. He is adept at learning and implementing new concepts and thrives under pressure, consistently demonstrating strong communication skills. Graham is open-minded and excels at connecting with professionals at all levels. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Graham is dedicated to giving back to his community through coaching, youth development, and mentorship. He strongly emphasizes family and customer-first values, ensuring that these principles guide his work and personal life.

Pino joined Ultra-Tech Cleaning Systems Ltd. in 2000, starting in an entry-level position and quickly proving his dedication, reliability, and skill. Through hard work and a commitment to learning, he advanced into client services and, in 2006, was promoted to Operations Manager. Over the years, Pino has completed numerous industry-related courses, including chemical handling, carpet cleaning and maintenance, and has earned his certification as a CMI Trainer. His extensive knowledge of the cleaning industry, combined with his integrity and strong client relationships, makes him an invaluable member of the UTCS leadership team.

Edith has been a cornerstone of Ultra-Tech Cleaning Systems Ltd. since 1999, bringing extensive experience in managing large teams — including direct oversight of 200 personnel. As Office Manager, she oversees daily administration, Human Resources, and provides vital support for sales and marketing development. Known for her organizational skills and ability to keep operations running smoothly, Edith plays a key role in supporting both our field teams and executive leadership. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her Pomeranian, Toby.

David joined Ultra-Tech Cleaning Systems a few years ago while pursuing his post-secondary studies and quickly became a valuable part of the administrative team. He is responsible for processing payroll and supporting various office functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Outside of work, David enjoys gaming and exploring new technology.
